Select the Booking link.

  1. Fill in all the required fields on the booking form.
  2. In the next step you will see all the information which you have filled in please check that it is correct and then select the one of two methods of payment.
    1. Pay 20% of your transfer via PayPal and the rest cash to the driver.
    2. Pay the whole amount of your transfer either with debit or credit card through Eurobank Live-Pay system.
  3. You will be diverted to a secure server of PayPal or Eurobank in order to make payment. At the same time you will receive an automated e-mail with all information which you gave (this is not a confirmation of the booking).
  4. After we process all the booking details, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Your reservation is valid only when you receive the confirmation e-mail.

The Booking Confirmation is obtained the latest within 24 hours. If you do not receive the Confirmation Email please double check your spam folder. Confirmation emails occasionally are delivered there due to spam filters. You can also request an additional Email confirmation (for free) by mailing us at info@taxi-rhodes.com. After payment you can view and print the progress of the booking, in the section "My Order" by filling in the BOOKING ID that is listed on the E-mail.
Our prices are per vehicle. We collaborate only with legal taxi vehicles carrying from 1 to 4 passengers maximum. In case you are more than 4 passengers then automatically you will need to make a booking for 2 vehicles and the price is will change automatically double and if there are more than 8 passengers for 3 vehicles then the price will change automatically triple.
Children are also considered passengers. When you are booking your transfer, you may order if you want more safety for your children, child seats and your driver will install them. Child seats are paid as an additional service and have an extra charge of 5 euro each.
It is not allowed the transfer with pets.
All bookings offered are for private transfers and only with legal taxi vehicle. We will transfer you in a legal taxi vehicle for a private transfer. This allows you to avoid queues, save waiting times for other passengers and enable you to go straight to your destination without any stops. A taxi is carrying from 1 to 4 passengers maximum, 4 normal suitcases (25kg) and 4 hand baggage. If you have more suitcases, please indicate this in requirements field.
Example : The total amount of round trip transfer is 100 euro, the 20% is 20 euro. You pay cash 50 euro to the driver in the first transfer, the rest ( 50 - 20 = ) 30 euro in the return transfer.
Cancellation or change of information must be made written by e-mail. If want to cancel a booking, taxi-rhodes entitles the client to cancel a booking, with not charge if it is within the permissible limit of 24 hours from the date and time of arrival or departure. All payments made will refunded as soon as possible. In any other case less than 24 hours all money paid to the company are non-refundable.

Yes. Your credit card details are not requested until the last step of the booking process, at the point you'll fill the credit card details, you will be redirected to a completely secure bank server of PayPal or Eurobank where you carry out your payment.
Taxi-rhodes.com does not have access nor stores personal details in its database.
For a transfer from the airport please provide your arrival time according to your ticket.
If you are going to the airport, subtract from the departure time (specified in your ticket) 2 hours and duration of the trip to the airport ( the transfer time you can see in prices list and in the booking form ).
For example: the flight departure time is 13:00, duration of the trip to the airport is 1 hour, proposed pick up time is 10:00.
From the Airport or Port
At the arrivals lounge of the Airport or Port the driver will be holding a sign with the name of the main passenger which was provided during the booking process.
To the Airport or PORT
If the collection point is a hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby at the entrance of the hotel. If collection point is a private home or apartment, you will have to wait at the point specified at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
The taxi driver monitors for all delays and is present on your arrival time.
